Once we managed to get through the one way systems, it was easy to park inside the courtyard. A friendly owner showed us to our room. Decent size and good bed. The air conditioner was a bit tired. Tea, coffee, water and juice provided. We ate twice at a good restaurant-Il Forchetto.

Lovely place in the old city centre. It's charming and adorable. I've been welcomed nicely and provided with a city map and recommendation for a good restaurant not 2 minutes away. Additionally, there's an inside parking so you can sleep soundly. Inside parking was €5 for my motorcycle.

We stayed just one night in Piacenza and in Il Cortiletto. Very nice room and bathroom, private parking on site, very clean room, great wi-fi and also friendly host. Also very nice location. All in all quite good value for the money (two rooms for four people 172€/nigh). We arrived quite early but our rooms were already ready. And that is always plus. Also free water and some juice in fridge. Big minus was that in our room (6B) the air conditioning did not work properly and it was so hot. Almost impossible to sleep. In our friends room it worked. You should also note that you have to carry your luggage at least to first floor and with heavy luggage that is not nice.

B& B molto carino a 10 min a piedi da piazza cavalli. Situato all’interno di un cortile pieno di verde, con camere che in parte danno sul cortile, in parte sulla strada che però non risulta rumorosa. Il proprietario o gestore molto gentile, mancavano alcune cose in camera ma ha provveduto l’indomani a consegnarcele.

Gentile accoglienza ed assistenza. Parcheggio interno non molto agibile ma assistito.Contesto gradevole. Pulizia. Consigliabile. Ottima provvista minibar (gratuito) e prima colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Superiore alle aspettative. Praticamente in centro.

È una struttura piccola ma accogliente. Le camere sono ben tenute e ben arredate. C'è lo spazio per parcheggiare un'auto ma si deve essere abili manovratori. Non è possibile fare colazione in struttura, ma in camera sono disponibili cafè, thè, qualche bevanda e qualcosa da mangiare (tipo fette biscottate e brioche confezionati). Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La location è comoda perché non lontana dal centro ma non è una bella zona e sono stato molto contento di non aver dovuto parcheggiare l'auto in strada ma nella struttura.

Grazioso complesso di camere dislocate su diversi livelli, in questo cortile interno a pochi passi dai luoghi di maggior interesse di Piacenza. Noi abbiamo preferito parcheggiare in strada a pagamento, ma a 9 euro al giorno c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno del cortile. La camera è carina e la doccia è funzionale e ben tenuta, non avendo la colazione inclusa, il proprietario lascia alcune merendine, fette biscottate e marmellate vicino al bollitore dell’acqua e al frigo. Consigliato se non si hanno grosse pretese e si vuol soggiornare in pieno centro.

Petit hôtel tres central à pied de tout. Accueil parfait. Chambre confortable assez grande pour 2 personnes. Parking ( tres appréciable ) er petit dej inclus dans la chambre. Lit tres correct. Climatisation ( Pas d’ascenseur ) Rapport qualité prix c’est parfait
