MH Hotel Piacenza Fiera

I have never seen a worse hotel than this one. Not to mention the very rude staff. They don't even respond to greetings. They should close both the hotel with those dirty rooms and the restaurant that serves pre-cooked food. Not to mention the lack of soap and hot water in the room. Never again. I strongly advise against it to everyone

A little poor hotel, very poor breakfast. Shower without hot water. In short, hotel to be avoided in all respects. Rude staff. The only positive thing is the large rooms. Too much deodorant in the rooms. 2 star hotel no more.

I stayed only one night, the structure is located in the Expo area of ​​Piacenza, where I had to go for a competition test. The property is quite nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. You sleep peacefully. I also took advantage of dinner at the hotel, half board, eating a first course and a second course with side dishes and water at an excellent price. The breakfast as regards the dessert is very mediocre, I would say to improve it. I won't dwell on the staff, but more professionalism would have been appreciated, especially from the receptionist.

I stayed for work. The services are discreet, but friendliness and kindness are qualities that are absolutely absent (with the exception of those in charge of the restaurant area). In particular, a blonde lady was really rude and arrogant not only with us who had asked to leave our suitcases in the hotel for a few hours, but also with two ladies who, despite having used the Tesla service, were rudely kicked out after having kindly asked to use the bathroom. I believe that in a job in contact with the public, kindness and courtesy are fundamental, qualities that are lacking in this hotel.

Hotel not up to the 4 stars it carries, concierge closed from 24 to 7, WiFi is unknown if there is (we were told nothing, we didn't ask because we didn't need it anyway but basically the password is given. .), room aesthetically ugly as well as the bathroom, breakfast only from 7am, leaving at 6.30am for work not even the possibility of having something to take away because there is no one in the hotel to prepare it for us.. In the restaurant the quality is not bad , even if in half board you have very little choice, furthermore the receptionist and waitress are always the same person, leaving people waiting from one side to the other. If you find anything else at the same price, walk away.

Presence of carpet throughout the hotel which in the corridors was spotted like a cow, the rooms were clean. For being a 4 star it does not have an internal bar and if one wants a coffee he must go to the kitchen. The sore points begin right in the catering area, bread defrosted, embarrassing food. The first evening we ate pizzaiola meat which was nothing more than a pale roast with fresh sauce and 4 olives poured over it. The second evening milk roast, practically the same roast as the night before with different sauce and fried potatoes dripping with oil. Courtesy of the embarrassing dining room staff, after request they allowed themselves to address customers as "you", irritated by the unwelcome cuisine. A hotel which in my opinion does not even come close to a 3 star. Disappointed
