Very popular short term rental in the renowned neighborhood of BENT TREE! Great 2 story floor plan with lots of space and an oversized deck. High speed internet, work desk, smart TV's, blue tooth speaker and kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of gadgets and spices. Gourmet Coffee provided along with some pantry items. Nice bright, living space with soft, large sectional and fun airline travel themed accessories. Bedrooms are downstairs and each has full bathroom. Full size washer & dryer is next to the bedrooms, detergents provided. Beach umbrella, pool floaties and towels for the lake as well as a rolling picnic sack and portable table located in the shed. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, grill out and just enjoy the outdoors. You're surrounded by lush trees! 5 minute drive to the lake with a sandy beach, walk up the hill to two pools (one is adult only) and the tennis and pickle ball courts. There is a restaurant down the hill (3 min) open 6 days/week. Resort class CHEF. Pool, golf, tennis and pickle ball are available for a nominal fee. Explore local wineries, hiking, Amicolola Falls, Gibbs Gardens and Blue Ridge! Comfortably accommodates 4, but if you have some little people, the sofa is extremely accommodating for extra sleeping. We also LOVE furry family members. There is an outdoor area for exercise and relief. This is a cozy, homey very well stocked villa. The host is very responsive & the location was good for what we wanted, however different than what shows on the VRBO map. There is only street parking on a narrow road. You must go down the hill to make a U turn to get out. And the house is way down below the street level, with a windy staircase & one unstable banister, making it difficult to have to bring bags in & out for older or any mobility challenged folks. The two levels share one zone heat/AC, making it hard to have both levels comfortable. The master bath/bedroom gets very cold if the AC is on. The sheets were lovely and soft as were the beds. Bent Tree is a beautiful community; we liked having the pools in walking distance to the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice property, but far away from town. Needs more lighting The villa is nicely maintained and is tucked in between a lot of trees. We only had neighbors in the attached villa one day. They were a little noisy, but tolerable. The road getting in and out of the section where the unit is located is pretty narrow and steep. You need to go down the hill (a bit steep for Floridians) to turn around and go back out. We saw deer nearly every day of our stay. The unit is well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. There needs to be more lighting in the living room though. It was very difficult to read in any location other than right under the single floor lamp (which was not very powerful). You will need to stock up on groceries as the nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. There are some nice trails within the huge complex and a nice beach area (it was too cold to swim while we were there, but it looked nice).

Great place! We loved our stay at this cute place in Bent Tree. The villa was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was well equipped. Kimberly was also very responsive if we had a question. A fantastic stay all around!

Jasper GA Visit We rented this property due to its proximity to other family members who live in the same community. The property was nice and clean. We had a little trouble getting the check in details, including the door code to get in, from the property manager. But we were able to resolve those issues fairly quickly upon arrival. Overall we would stay there again.

Stay in the mountains Was very nice. As a senior I was very happy it wasn’t further up the mountain. One suggestion I could make is, since the property is in the mountains would be to say how steep the driveway is and if you would have to back out of a steep driveway. I was very happy I was on flat ground to park car. Just noticed a lot of them had steep hills to park and back out of
