I never write reviews of accommodation, but in the case of the "Corrigot" I unfortunately have to make an exception. I am not interested in denigrating the place, but perhaps in offering constructive criticism. When you are greeted with the first sentence, without a friendly greeting beforehand, that you can only pay the bill by check or cash, you hesitate for the first time. The second time is when you are shown the jacuzzi, before seeing the room, with foul-smelling water. The so-called "spa room" is tiny, damp and poorly cleaned. Accordingly, it smells strange. The Wifi did not work in the room or on its terrace. At breakfast, the first thing you are told is that you are only allowed two (!) croissants. The sparse buffet is also not replenished. The property is full of cats, which is cute but not necessarily pleasant for someone with allergies. It would be useful to know this in advance. You do not receive a receipt after paying the hotel bill - why? The highlight of the stay only appears 24 hours later, in the form of skin bites on the legs, which show the typical shape and arrangement of a specific vermin. It would be easy to create a little paradise in this charming place - with a little more cleanliness, professionalism and above all: friendliness
