The hotel has a great location. It's not far from the city center or the spa. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Rich breakfast, you can choose from several dishes. The best hotel in Piestany.

A pleasant hotel with few dysfunctional services
It was a pleasant stay. I have been staying in this hotel for years since 1999. The hotel has been indeed completely transformed since, with positive changes except for one... Their WiFi and internet connection is getting worse. The WiFi is absolutely non existent no matter where you are in the hotel. It's very disappointing for a hotel of that reputation in the city.

The hardest bed I have ever experienced in a hotel.
The SPA employees were not serviceminded at all and bording on rude. Restaurant was overpriced and also not serviceminded.
