We had a fantastic 5 day break. Marieangela and her husband were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival we were offered a bigger apartment, which was immaculate and appropriately equipped for the number of guests. Parking was provided on site free of charge which was an added bonus for us as we had a large van. There was also a secure area for my husband’s bike. The walk to and from the beach wasn’t as bad as I was expecting after reading previous reviews. There is a Lidl within a few minutes from the apartment. Having access to 2 swimming pools was a bonus. Plenty of seats around the pool. We bought breakfast every morning as the pastries & breads were delicious and were made on site each morning. The resort is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, a great break and I can thoroughly recommend this residence. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights in the superior studio, which was nice because of our dog, who joined us. The studio has A small terrace overlooking - in the distance - the sea. The studio was good, but a bit simple equipped. The airco worked well, but you have to pay for it. The Bread service was nice! There are to swimmingpools. One for kids and one relax pool. The last one is nice but the sun terrace is A bit small. Parking is A bit of A problem. For every appartment there is a parking place, but is it really tight when you have a Bigger Car… The owners are friendly and helpful! A little minus is the check-out procedure. In advance you have to make an appointment for checking out, between 7 am and 9 am. We had it at 8:45am, but after 9:15am one of the owners came by and checked our studio. After that we could pay. With a delay of one our we could leave.

We had a wonderful family holiday here; the apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a simple but well equipped kitchen area. Our balcony was large with plenty of room to eat outdoors and a lovely view stretching up the hill and to the mountains beyond. The swimming pools are a real bonus; one is small but very relaxing- the other is a good size for families to swim and play in. Marieangela and Pierre Luigi go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, giving a really personal feel to your stay. The walk down to public beaches takes about quarter of an hour in one direction, slightly longer to the main one in central Pietra Ligure. It’s worth-while turning right uphill out of the apartments and finding the little steps down to the town rather than heading down the road way to the centre of town. Don’t be put off by the neglected looking government buildings down near the station; the rest of Pietra Ligure was a good base for a family holiday with plenty of places to eat, a good free beach and friendly people. Highly recommended!

Beides sind nette Gastgeber: Mariangela und Pierluigi. Die beiden Pools waren auch im Oktober noch offen und das haben wir sehr genossen und geschätzt. Das Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche waren sehr sauber. Der Check-in hat mühelos geklappt.

Dies ist eine tolle Residenz. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigte und war geräumig. Es sollte erwähnt sein, dass man sich komplett selbstversorgen muss, also Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Essig/Öl etc. müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Der Lidl ist jedoch nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt und bietet alles. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super: leise und effizient (1€/kWh). Marieangela ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll und aufrichtig um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir fühlten uns stets gut aufgehoben. Es gibt sogar einen Brötchenservice. Besonders toll hat uns der Pool gefallen. Es gibt einen Ruhepool für Erwachsene und einen Aktivpool für Kinder. So können alle Gäste, ob groß oder klein, voll auf ihre Kosten kommen. Der schöne und quirlige Ort Pietra Ligure ist in einem gemütlichen Spaziergang in ca 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Ein langer, gepflegter, kostenloser Strand ist ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt (man kann kostenlos am Lidl parken). Insgesamt kann man die Unterkunft von Marieangela nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Soggiorno alla Residenza Oleandro,4 notti in luglio 24,posto stupendo,tranquillità del luogo,servizi e ospitalità sono 3 elementi che segnalano l'eccellenza.Maiangela e Pieruigi con il loro team-work sanno coccolare e ascoltare tutti gli ospiti,comunque dedicano del tempo a far star bene il cliente.Mare a 10 min a piedi con tutta tranquillità, bello, pulito con fondale basso.La residenza è dotata di 2 piscine noi avevamo sotto il terrazzo la zona "Zen"piscina con lettini in ambiente tranquillo e senza bimbi nella quale trovare la pace ! L'altra piscina aperta a tutti.Angolo cottura dotato di tutto e molto funzionale.Appartamento rinnovato da poco tutto impeccabile.

Non abbiamo potuto prenotare in quanto, dopo più di 4 chiamate alla struttura, hanno messo giù e non hanno mai risposto. Alla quinta chiamata, rispondono molto sgarbati dicendo : “se non rispondiamo un motivo ci sarà signora, è inutile che continua a chiamare. Fortunatamente siamo uno degli hotel più gettonati”. Noi volevamo solo soggiornare presso la struttura. Ahimè hanno perso un cliente che sarebbe stato più di 2 settimane. Residence Oleandro: dove la maleducazione regna sovrana.
