**NEW Bigger Flat Screen TV in the Living Room.** Beautiful 3 BR, 2 BA Condo located at the Mountain View Condominiums in the Heart of Pigeon Forge, TN. Approximately 1500 square feet on the 2nd floor. Convenient to Country Tonite, The Titanic, Wonderworks, Hollywood Wax Museum, Dollywood, Splash Country and Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Shopping. Our unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our living room also has a fooseball table that the kids love!!!! The master bedroom also has a twin sleeper chair that is great for small children you want to keep close by. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and cookware you would need. The master bath is equipped with a large 2 person jetted hot tub as well as shower. The second bath has a shower. The resort has two swimming pools and a hot tub on the premises. The unit has free local phone calls, high speed internet, and high definition television. The unit boasts 4 televisions and a DVD player in the living room. A pack-n-play is available and stored in the master closet. Unit can be rented nightly or by the week which provides a greater discount. The unit is non-smoking, no pets and child friendly. We have attempted to baby proof the unit as much as possible. New Sofas including a new Queen Sleeper Sofa with Memory Foam Mattress. We have also painted the entire condo and have installed new carpet for the bedrooms prior to the PEAK Season.
