I tried to park up front, the doors were locked, with a number to call nobody answered, I had to go around back to get in. Nobody at the desk i had to keep calling, and tried telling for someone to come out. A lady was standing there that had been there 30 min trying to get sometime out there to check her in. I googled the number and the front desk phone rang and a girl came right out, so the number they posted on the front door is wrong. The lady in front of me was showing the girl her reservation on the phone that she booked a king room, the front desk girl refused to put her in it and wanted more money, even though the lady had proof that is what she booked. I should have left but I didn't and I got checked in, then asked the front desk lady what time was breakfast, she told me they don't do breakfast, online says free breakfast everywhere. I get a luggage cart, they carts are tiny and barely usable, loaded my stuff and try to go to my room. The tiny luggage cart couldn't even get through the hallway they had it so packed with boxes of stuff, get to my room and there is trash in the floor and blood on the top sheet. The top sheet as soon as you look at the bed, I did not even try to pull it down. I didn't even try to stay after the that. I went to front desk to check out and I told her the blood, no breakfast, and I couldn't hardly get to the room with all the stuff in the hall. She offered me a room with no stuff in the hall and I declined, she should have put us there to begin with. The whole experience here was miserable. And on top of that she won't answer the 3rd party I booked with to refund me. So I am fighting for my money back at a place I didn't even stay in.
