DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore North - Pikesville

Overall, I'd give it a 4.5. Reason for 4.5 instead of a 5 is because I felt that breakfast should have been included in the itinerary, given that I was staying for almost a week. In any case, the room was clean, spacious and everything was working to my interest.

The staff and housekeeping were courteous, professional, and helpful. The room costs were reasonable but the restaurant prices seemed a bit high although the food was excellent. I did notice the shower in Rm 153 drained slowly (we were standing in about 1" of water while showering).

The power went out the internet wasn’t working the it wasn’t never told that breakfast was over at 11am

The room didn’t have heat, shower handle was falling off and the water pressure was low HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Gym level was flooded. Room was average at best and could use an update soon.

Attractive functional room. Both the hotel and the room were clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My AC in my room was not working it was freezing cold and barely I could sleep I called Customer Service and room service of no answer and in the morning I went downstairs, spoke with the girl and front desk and she promised to have a manager will call me, but he never did.

the room was very cold and the bed sheets did not look clean and there wasn't a continental like it was suppose to be i was told there would be continental breakfast between 6am and 11am but there wasn't any.

Unfortunately, my room had not yet been cleaned despite my request, and there was still garbage from the day before in the room. Additionally, an alarm goes off every morning at 3:00 a.m., which has been very disruptive. The television was not working upon our arrival and required a technician visit the following morning. The microwave is also not clean enough to safely warm food. Overall, this has not been a satisfactory stay.
