Hallo zusammen , Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft und bin an diesem Hotel gelandet . An der Tür war eine Handynummer angegeben wo aber leider keiner erreichbar war . Das ganze Hotel scheint ohne Personal zu sein so daß eine Buchung unmöglich war !!!!

Das Hotel liegt in Pilling nahe der Burg Eltz. Die Zimmer sind ok vom der Größeund relativ sauber. Das Wlan funktioniert ganz gut. Steckdosen sind am Bett. Das Bad ist grenzwertig klein. Es gibt leider keinen Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Tv einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, keinen keinen Schrank, einen Föhn. Im Bad gibt es etwas Ablagefläche, in der Dusche??? bzw. auch. Die Betten sind ok aber schmal und tief am Boden. Es gibt Duschgel. Eine Heizung ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer lässt sich kaum abdunkeln. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Zugang bzw Schlüsselausgabe erfolgt über einen Code.

Heel slecht! Ga er niet heen! Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt omdat we een tussen stop hadden van Zwitserland naar Nederland. Het hotel is mega gehorig. ( mensen luisteren muziek hele nacht door) Ook was het 35 graden en geen airco. Daarnaast hebben wij iets heel bizars meegemaakt in de nacht. Om 3.00 in de nacht probeerde iemand onze kamer in te breken. Gelukkig is dat niet gelukt doordat wij onze sleutel in het slot aan de binnenkant hadden. Maar blijkbaar was die persoon zo teleurgesteld dat die onze kamer niet in kon, dat die tegen onze hotel deur heeft geplast. We zijn allebei erg geschrokken en hebben slecht geslapen. Wij kiezen er voor om voor de volgende keer iets meer te betalen, zodat we ons veilig voelen. Het enigste pluspunt van dit verhaal is de zelf check in.
