It was a terrible experience. Hotel didn't have power whole night. On repeated request, they switched on dg for a while. But again, next day the same issue re-occurred. Worst service. They didn't have water bottles and towels. Their reasons were that water bottles were out of stock and there were no staff in the hotel to help with towels delivered to room. We tried calling the boss or owner of the hotel. He didn't bother to receive calls. Raised this issue multiple times with make my trip. But didn't get any help as they were unable to contact the hotel. Finally, we had to check out in the mid of our stay and had to book another hotel. Finding another good hotel was one more hell of a work. Have been requesting make my trip for refund. But still no response. Three representatives promised me for resolution but nothing yet. This hotel made our stay in pune a worst memory in our life.

One the worst business hotel around. The photos shown are not where close to the actual room which was dark, dirty and smelly. The hallways were totally dark and one had to use mobile light to walk around. The breakfast was so unhygienic that we opted to skip it. Also there is no tea/coffee in the breakfast. The staff was of no help and non resposive. The images are reviews given were totally different from the services and facilities at the hotel. Beware !

I booked the hotel paying almost 4, 000 rs on arrival hotel informed me the hotel was sold out. After a long wait they booked me to a different hotel. But the hotel was absolute low on quality n was a normal room which be only 2k per day. Besheet torn and dirty washroom. I request complete refund of my hard earned money

It was the worst experience of my life and the biggest mistake i made to book this hotel. Air-conditioning was terrible. Staff was rude and un cooperative. Breakfast was horrible. In room dining was a mistake.

Room cleanliness bad. Generally every hotel provides a bottled water when you check into the room which was missing. No dental kit even on request. Very poor response time from housekeeping staff. Bed linen old. No value for money paid will never suggest this hotel for stay to anyone
