The room was very clean and comfortable. The service and hospitality at the front desk was also good. The lobby had a nice atmosphere and was a comfortable space. There was a cafe restaurant on the ground floor, and I ordered room service, which was also delicious and the service was good, so I was very satisfied.

I had initially planned to stay just one night at this hotel while exploring other options in Pune, but thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Rajasekhar and his restaurant team, I ended up extending my stay for an entire week! From the moment I arrived, Rajasekhar went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The restaurant service was consistently excellent, and the food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to find such personalized service, and it played a huge role in my decision to stay longer.

I booked Ginger Pune pimpri because it's commitment to Eco friendly practices I just visited Ginger hotel and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodation there staff behaviour is also good and I would love to visit again housekeeping Somnath is asset in this hotel his speaking skills excellent
