BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday. SEPTEMBER and THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal. Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove. The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower. Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full over queen custom made log bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have patio doors that walk out to an 8x16 patio with a view of the cove. The laundry room is located at the bottom of the stairs. Look no further for a place to stay.
