The carpet in the room has a smell, oh, this brand is in vain. If the carpet is not treated well, it is better to use up the floor. The whole smelly carpet is really disgusting 🤢Man! ! ! ! !

Everything was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Best Quality Inn I have stayed in! Great staff, clean, decorative inside, lobby was nice. 5 star team at this hotel. Breakfast was fresh and clean. Had a good night stay at this hotel. I will be back when I return to pine bluff.

Rather dirty place.. (see pictures) which needs so maintenance. The chair has stains, one looks like a butt crack stain :-0. The shower has either, black mold or someone used three colors of tile grout (off white/brown and black) which means it looks dirty or dangerous. The manager and staff need to step up to be competitive at any price. It was a handicap room ( I use a wheelchair) and it was easy to get around in but the bathroom sink wasn’t designed for wheelchair access, I am 6’3” when I tried to use the sink it came to my chin. It a wrong sink and mounted way to high. The roll in shower was nice but the shower curtain was mounted about 6/8 inches to high so the bathroom flooded when we showered.. The breakfast was adequate but most quality inns, like this one provide really fake, high salt sausages.. they could do better but the waffles are always a tasty option

I stayed here and this was the worst mistake. The room was not up to par. The rug was dirty and the non smoking room smelled of smoke. Looks like they have people that live there since there was such a large crowd of people just hanging out. I ended up checking out a day ahead of my original checkout. The guy said no problem and said he would refund me since I won’t be staying. I woke up to additional charges on my card. I called and he said that was a mistake but then went on to say they usually don’t do refunds. Wow!! I would not recommend these shady people to anyone! If you need a nice relaxing hotel this is not what you want.

There was not one good thing about our stay here, it doesn't even deserve one star. First up was right after checking in we were not able to get into our room. We received 3 key cards and none of them worked, we had to go back to the front desk for new ones. When we were able to enter the room, as soon as we opened the door we were hit with the intense smell of urine immediately. I have stayed at pet friendly hotels and this one was the absolute worst. The smell of urine was so bad we slept with pillow on our faces to try and eliminate the smell. There were stains all over the floor and wall. The table and chairs were nasty and not clean. Linens and towels were old, worn and stained. There was random broken hardware throughout the room. The phone had more buttons missing than ones that were there. We could hear the tv's from both room on either side of us and also the tv in the lobby. The front of the toilet was dirty, the tub and bathroom floor was dirty. The shower head is no more than 4' high and the tub was so clogged it would not drain. I ended up standing in water up to my calf and I took the fastest shower I could. We got up before dawn and left because we were so disgusted with this place. Do not stay here, staying in our car would have been a better option.

We had a great stay. They welcome us with friendly environment. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Rooms were up to date and clean. No problem with WiFi. We will definitely be back next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel staff very friendly. Clean rooms with great service. I was pleased with their breakfast options. I enjoyed my stay will definitely come back. Convenient location. Lobby decor was beautiful. Beds were comfy.

best experience .it was a nice stay with my kids . its a nice location very quiet place bed was so comfortable and its look like they just renovate this hotel even thing looks new lobby looks so amazing front desk was so nice we must recommend this hotel
