The hotel is very new, the decoration is exquisite, and the hygiene is very clean.I highly recommend staying here, the prices are very affordable.

The room is large in size and comfortable to live in. Many of the equipment are new and the location is also very good. It is only three to four hundred meters away from the highway. However, the location on the Amap map has an error. The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and helps solve many problems.
Compared with the room space, the bathroom feels a bit small, with wet and dry areas separated, but there is no towel rack to dry clothes. When leaving the parking lot, you must ask the lady at the front desk to scan the code and pay on your behalf.

ห้องดีมาก ใหญ่มาก ใกล้หมู่บ้านท่องเที่ยว เดินทางจากสถานีรถไฟด้วยรถแทกซี่ประมาณ 5นาที 2โลกว่าๆ ร้านอาหารใกล้เคียงพอหาได้ แต่ไม่เยอะ ทั้งเมืองเงียบสงบ เหมาะแก่การไปพักผ่อนจริงๆ

酒店新整，格調雅緻，傢俱齊備，衞生良好，裝修既有民族特色，又不失現代時尚。酒店前面有不小的停車場，但我是春節初六入住，入場後發現沒有空餘車位。到前台詢問怎樣停車，前台小妹告知這幾天旁邊賽牛場舉辦苗族“花山節”鬥**賽，所以車位相對緊張了一些。小妹立即出來幫我安排停放位置。見我的車較大在臨時停車位停靠不太舒適，小妹立即去把她上班開的車開出車場另找地方，為我騰出一個標準車位，讓我順暢安心停放。這一切，做得太仔細貼心了，可見酒店的服務質量。酒店的早餐也不錯。如果要提點意見，我提兩點：①入户廊燈是壞的，請安排師傅檢修好，不能讓設施壞損。②wifi密碼稍嫌麻煩了一些，對我們這樣的老年遊客不友好，可以簡化一點。

此次入住屏邊滴水苗城度假酒店的體驗是住過的所有酒店中最差的！訂房之前看了評價説衞生好，衞生間乾濕分離，才決定入住的，但入住後發現房間與實際不符:1、衞生間沒有乾濕分離，這也是本次入住後造成家人陰影的根本原因，家人在洗澡出衞生間門時意外滑倒了，左腳還在衞生間裏，右腳剛邁出衞生間門，秒摔了一跤！！！整個人滑倒躺地板上，想想都疼啊！幸運的是手腕衹是腫了軟組織挫傷，沒有傷到骨頭，衞生間門口的地板實在是太滑了，門口是沒有防滑墊的！本人進出衞生間時很小心，也腳滑了幾次，因為穿着運動鞋所幸逃過了滑倒的魔咒，家人滑了摔倒後我當時情緒很不好，擔心家人傷到骨頭，打了電話到前台告知客服情況，客服雖説迴應了想要到房間瞭解情況，但當時孩子已經睡了實在不方便，我跟客服説目前是手腕腫了，不清楚是否搶到骨頭，如果第二天起床後感覺問題大再去醫院檢查，這個是需要酒店負責的，同時也告知客服要休息了，很累！開了將近6小時車誰不想早點休息，我是帶着擔心、憤怒的情緒休息了。但第二天退房時，酒店的工作人員對此不聞不問，當做沒有這回事一樣！這樣的服務0分都覺得多！2、下午入住房間後，發現床品是不乾淨呢，被子床單都有一層灰，和酒店前台反應後客服説幫重新換，我們一家就外出吃晚飯了，晚上回到房間，能確定的是有一床被套是換過了，但其他的，不太確定哦，呵呵，大概率沒換吧，因為睡覺時發現枕頭底下和枕頭邊上有炸毛和灰塵，家人地板滑了摔倒，氣還沒消，衞生又這樣我真的是懶得聯繫前台了！！就這樣的酒店不知道好評是怎麼刷出來的，就這樣的服務，就這樣有安全隱患的設施，酒店註定是走不長遠的！！再也不會入住該酒店！！也不會建議身邊的人和朋友入住這樣的酒店！！！

酒店位置比較好，服務人員很熱情，衞生不錯，有問題反應及時，離苗城很近，有自己很大的免費停車場，周邊走一小段路有比較多吃飯的地方，馬路對面苗城也有很多吃的。早餐個人認為還可以，房間比較大，瓶裝飲用水暢飲，但設施配備一般：沒有智能馬桶，沒有配刮鬍刀具，小度不支持開關窗簾和電視，衞生間和沐浴間比較小，並且面盆的水龍頭及沐浴間花灑噴頭的位置設計極不合理。沒有給滿分主要就是在這些地方。總體來説入住還是滿意的。再到屏邊還是會入住你們酒店的。
