240元給的就是又小設施又差的房間，太無語了，年初給朋友訂了一次是這個，昨天給的還是這個，同樣一個問題半年了都沒有解決。1.浴室淋浴水特別小。年初天冷的澡都沒法洗，這次還是這樣。2.洗手池衹有熱水，沒有涼水。不算什麼高端酒店，但是價位相對也不低了。設施有問題半年都是沒修好嗎！

除了網絡自己沒上去之外別的都還好，19層的早餐過道很有特色，但是很可惜時間緊促沒有去品嚐美味早餐。入住時前台姐姐貼心的給娃一份小禮物，退房時候小姐姐又貼心地裝了兩瓶温的礦泉水。悄悄地説，每次住桔子酒店，娃都愛吃前台的桔子🍊

第一次入住桔子酒店，感覺特別好。
一是裝修，裝修5年了，本以為會設施設備老舊，實際感覺和新裝修一樣，細節處理挺精緻。升級後的房間在電梯口，本以為會吵一些，沒想到門四周做了密封條處理，值得稱讚。
外賣和酒店用品都會有機器人配送，並能感受到額外的小驚喜（小禮物贈送）。
最值得稱讚的退房當天，幫我們運送行李的是一個女生，一直以為都會由又高又壯的男生度負責，沒想到是一位美麗的瘦瘦的小姐姐，很麻利，陪我們到樓下等駕駛員來接，過程中極有耐心的溝通協調指揮駕駛員開車路線，把服務做得稱讚。很好的一次體驗。
