設施:安全設施太差，來第一天就在這家酒店丟錢，那麼大個露台能從窗户爬進去人，沒提醒，也沒監控。想丟錢的就在這家住吧!浴巾都是破洞的，衞生差也就算了，窗户能爬進人真的是噁心人!萬一屋裡有人嚇都嚇死了，一抬頭窗外爬進來個小偷，投訴之後才安裝了監控，也不知道是不是串通的，大家自己腦補吧! !

5.2日，下午5點多訂的房間，開車到酒店已經晚上11點多了，而且沒有停車位，想着319塊的房間應該不會很差到哪裡去，誰知道解鎖了，平生住過的酒店第一差，房間沒有窗户，一進房間一股噁心得臭味，床單一看就沒有換過，有別人睡過的痕跡，被套和枕頭，都有小xue 滴，不敢睡衹能和小孩穿着衣服擠在一個床上將就一下，不是太晚了，不想帶着孩子再跑來跑去折騰，給我300我也懶得住，勉強躺了幾個小時，早晨6點趕緊起來退房，一分鐘也不想多呆在這種環境下。圖片上的都是那個沒有躺過人的床……還有晚上問有早餐沒有説沒，早晨我們房間太臟了，馬上送我們早餐，我們沒要，一分鐘不想多在裏面呆著。

窗子衹能打開一點點，廁所和洗漱台分開真的很尷尬，不過走廊很高級，然後電視很卡，真的好卡，反應賊慢，然後就是很小，我點的豪華雙人房，但是真的很小，可能我是第一次住嘉興的酒店，150平常日的價位這個酒店真的太小了，圖片都放的長途，然後就是能不能不要把洗漱台隔離出來放門口，真的很奇怪

設施：還算可以的，在同類中還是比較出色的。
衞生：衞生非常好，房間整潔、温馨。
環境：環境好，臨臨東湖景區，沒事兒的時候就愛去哪裡逛逛，放鬆一下心情。
服務：服務是嘎嘎好，特別是前台的小肖，禮貌熱情，不僅經常進出打招呼，有事人家也是隨叫隨到，阿姨也很好，給服務人員點贊，打Q。
