服務態度好 ，酒店風格很不錯，設施設備很齊全，大廳很舒服，前台服務很棒，貼心 辦理速度很快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡也很好很給力， 投影效果很好 有好多點的電影可以免費觀看 一個人住也很放鬆 衞生間也很乾凈 洗澡非常的舒服 洗護用品也好用，服務員阿姨也很熱情主動打招呼，還有洗衣服務 還有烘乾很方便 太讚了

酒店服務人員的態度真的太好了，員工們非常友善和樂於助人，能及時滿足我的需求，房間也非常乾淨舒適，全屋智能化，床鋪很舒服，給我帶來了一個愉快的住宿體驗，坐在大廳美女小姐姐會給我倒茶水，阿姨也會及時打掃續房衞生，酒店也是在中心城區，去哪裡都比較方便。下次還會再來！

非常滿意的一次入住。從大廳到房間一直都是乾乾淨淨，整整潔潔的。床也很大。睡得特別舒服，前台小姐姐的態度也很好。是一家性價比比較高的酒店，值得入住哦，阿姨服務也挺讓我滿意的，洗好衣服幫我送到房間！！真不錯呦

有史以來最差的一次住宿體驗，第一次寫差評。
1.房間設備差。開的投影儀房，投影儀是壞的，螺絲鬆了…你猜猜我為什麼開投影儀房？
2.隔音差。星期天樓下從八點就開始裝修，酒店干預毫無作用，走廊講話房間聽得一清二楚。
3.配套服務差。開了兩間房，礦泉水喝完了要收兩元一瓶，早上吃完早飯要兩個袋子要我刷房卡。住了這麼多酒店第一次看這麼做服務的，佩服。
請問貴酒店的服務理念是什麼？第一次來平江，住宿體驗極差，希望酒店能重視並整改。

酒店位置挺好的，到那都比較方便
衞生也做的很好，設施也比較新，床墊軟硬適中，睡的挺舒服的
有兩個建議：
1.窗户加個紗窗吧，想通風，一打開就飛了個蚊子進來
2.洗手枱在洗手間外面的，就要定期用管道疏通劑清潔一下，要不然會反味上來，第二天一早醒來就能味道下水道的味道，你説我把洗手枱下水道蓋子蓋上，但是刷牙洗臉總是要開着下水的啥，所以，店家勤疏通保養管道清潔最好，這個成本也不高，對酒店整體滿意度會大大提高。
