28日晚辦理入住（辦理入住時並未告知早餐時間和給早餐券）29日10點退房時詢問被告知已經錯過早餐時間，凌晨2.30左右在睡夢中被吵醒，門外走廊可能有三四位男士在那吼，門的隔音真的很差！！！！拿座機給前台打電話打不了最後用手機打電話被告知座機壞了？（挺佔地方的用不了你要不就撤了吧，別當擺設，打完電話也沒有人上來查看也沒有給到我們反饋，我半夜回停車都有保安來看，喝醉了就不可以提醒一下顧客不要打擾別人休息？？？（早晨退房再次強調被説可能別人喝多了酒吧？喝多了酒就影響同樣入住的人嗎？直接一個敷衍回覆），早晨8點再次被外面的聲音吵醒，起初以為是忘記關窗户了！好傢伙一看，並不是沒關窗户，真的是隔音太差了！
真的多加強員工培訓吧！隔音設施也希望整改一下！

交通便利，門口就有大超市和塔斯汀，還有個很大的停車場，早餐吃的當地特色臘肉粉，蠻好吃的。有什麼問題前台也及時解決了，總體入住體驗蠻好的，下次過來還住這裏

房間還可以 也不是第一次住。每次回平江都住。但這次真是夠離譜的。過年了前台居然説車位滿了不讓住客的車進門，退一萬步説 就算滿了 你讓客人進來一圈沒位置自己不就出去了？大過年的把客人關停車場門外不讓進，貴店的處事方法真的獨一份

房間大，床也超級大，很乾凈，馬桶和浴室是分開2間的，我覺得比較方便，有大停車場免費停車，旁邊就是超市，也有吃飯的地方，方便。前台還告訴我們有夜宵街可以去逛逛，很熱情。
