前台服務非常差，客人入不入住跟她沒有關係，反正沒有達到酒店價位就説：顧客愛到哪裡入住都沒有關係，房間衞生地毯很臟，窗户破爛，馬路邊汽車聲很吵，下次一定不要來，差評

紙是皺巴巴的（旁邊那捲衹有一點點皺巴巴用完了但是明顯是沾水了上個房客留下來的）空調我已經説了好幾遍制熱32°沒風，開製冷32°的風都比制熱32°熱！你當我是沒空調嗎？！我已經説了有個小孩要求把空調修一修，説了幾次前台服務員換了兩輪還沒幫我修好！情人節房價漲了可以理解，但是我花287住一晚不是為了吹破空調蓋兩床被子的！

態度：第一次遇到預約成功後驅車前往告知沒有房了，又聯繫攜程客服又在前台一陣爭辯才給安排了住房，衞生：進屋之後衞生間裏還有水，浴巾好像用過的一樣，馬桶裏還有沒收拾乾淨的💩，設施：空調不好用，冷的不行，電視沒打開，櫃子是壞的。噪音超級大，隔音不是一般的差大家避雷吧！

衞生差，廁所有的地方都發黴了，空調也不涼，天熱根本解決不了，下去跟前台説明問題，前台就説沒相同房型了，讓我一百多的大床房換六十八元的雙床（單人的）其中的差價也不退，我在同程和12306看都還有大床房就跟我忽悠説沒有，差評差評差評，怪不得本地人都説那不好
