I'm speaking from the perspective of fairness to customers: 1. We booked a deluxe room for about 80 RMB a night, and the king-size room was written as 25 square meters, but it wasn't that big, probably about 12 square meters. No. 2: I realized after washing my hair this morning that the shower gel in the bag had been expired for more than a year. I hope the boss can go back and check if there are any expired shampoos and shower gels in stock.
