房間淋浴間沒有乾濕分離！用的捲紙太次了！衞生間的門就像風化了！早餐在貴賓樓，走過去門口有人招呼（貴賓樓才像四星），迎賓樓的服務應該像維也納吧，設施就像招待所，但大堂還是不錯！也許整個三樓都是做特價的被犧牲的樓層！都是沒有乾濕分離的！168攜程價比前台現訂的180低。早餐品種夠不上四星！很少！很少。但酒店地理位置優越，能徒步走過去柳湖公園散步。也許平涼的四星就是這樣子的！！！

酒店設施齊全，使用方便！裝修有點老舊，環境優美，停車方便！距離柳湖公園很近！服務中規中矩！院子裏面有一家泡饃館生意很火爆，我沒品嚐一下有點遺憾！酒店餐廳放假沒有提供早餐，攜程平台給我退了早餐費，👍

房間衞生間太小，沒有提供防滑墊，沐浴露和洗髮水也沒有標記，不知道到底應該用哪個。4月9號就預訂的房間，五一入住竟然給了兩間把頭的房子，不合理。房間內也沒有提供前台電話，有事想問一下都不知道該問誰。作為平涼市賓館，是門臉，是窗口，要從細節入手，做好服務。
