一個晚上八百多塊錢，在寧德這樣一個小城市也不算便宜的價格。可是入住的體驗感實在不敢恭維。設備都非常舊，沙發也是破的，整個房子的衞生實在是令人皺眉頭。😖還能洗澡洗到一半沒有熱水的，去過十幾個城市入住旅遊了，這個環境真的是倒數了。

8個家庭約着去白水洋打水仗避避暑，不想住酒店，找了一圈找到了他家的家庭房，兩房三房四房都被我們承包了。一下單管家就聯繫我了，加了微信很熱心給我推薦攻略。他家是自助入住的，發了圖文也發了視頻，很詳細很容易就找到了。停車是停在附近馬路上，車位相對緊張，關鍵我們開的車也比較多，如果想停在停車場，走路回來差不多6-7分鐘的樣子。三套房間在不同樓層但都在同一棟，房間佈置比較簡約清新！下午到的，不想出門，大人直接就泡茶搓麻將，小朋友們在客廳玩遊戲特開心！還讓管家幫我們訂了樓下餐廳，飯點到直接下去用餐，很近，菜品也很不錯，比較當地口味吧!優點説完，説點缺點：可能是處在老城區，到民宿有段路比較窄舊；客廳沒有空調，衹有風扇，還好屏南的温度極為舒適！
