1. After entering the room, I wiped it with a wet paper towel. There was slight dust, but the sheets were still relatively clean. 2. At about 8 o'clock in the evening, there was water dripping above the toilet in the bathroom. Later, I found that there was also a water mark on the ceiling above the sink. The customer service and engineering department staff came very quickly. After finding out the cause, they told them that it was caused by bathing upstairs, and then asked for an umbrella as a backup. There was no more leakage in the morning. 3. The indoor refrigerator cannot be opened, and the food is placed in the customer service department to be refrigerated. 4. The gym was changed into a wedding banquet venue without prior notice. 5. There are still many restaurants around the hotel. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Liangda Hotel. It is clean, well-equipped, and has a beautiful environment. The hotel's breakfast is rich and the service is very thoughtful and meticulous... I will stay here again next time I come to Hiraizumi!

酒店環境優美，地理位置優越，交通便利。房間舒適衞生，設施先進，服務人員熱情周到。早餐豐富，網絡信號好。性價比高，入住體驗極佳，值得推薦!酒店位置便利，視野開闊。房間內設施完善，床非常舒適，這是一家非常值得入住的酒店！推薦下次還來！

五月初的承德，一下車還是感覺比北京冷一些。我因公務第一次來平泉。來到亮達酒推開旋轉門，撲面而來的是大堂裏淡雅的檀香。前台承德姑娘長得很標誌👀，辦理入住時，確實發現他們標準話很好，主動熱情的接待，讓我感到心裏很舒服。 房間裏乾淨整潔，略顯高大上，價格不貴的套餐還有洗浴門票，浴室裏備齊了各種洗漱用品，讓我感覺性價比太高了，總在北京呆著的我，突然覺得找一個小城市居住旅行是一件不錯的事，花銷不多，感受頗豐。 次日清晨，餐廳的盛況徹底顛覆了我對縣城酒店的認知。有豐富的自助早餐：現抻的平泉羊湯麪冒着熱氣，現場製作的吊爐燒餅，還有西餐我比較喜歡小蛋糕和羊湯。 回北京的高鐵上發現我的充電寶忘了拔下來，落在了酒店裡，趕緊給酒店前台打來電話，酒店同意幫我寄回北京。第二天回到公司，那個印着亮達酒店logo的快遞就躺在辦公桌上，裏面除了充電器，還有兩包平泉特產杏仁茶。這次偶然的停留，讓我記住了這座小城的温度。亮達酒店給予的不僅是舒適的住宿，更是那份超越期待的用心。

出差路過平泉，選擇了這家平泉市最好的酒店，果然沒有讓我失望，入住有免費水果，離店有小禮品，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，前台辦理入住很迅速，早餐真的很贊，種類多，色香味俱全，用餐人多，但是供應很及時，下次還會選擇這家酒店。
