總體不錯，老市區的中心，非常方便，有自己的停車場非常贊，因為老城區這邊停車很困難。雖然速8沒有餐廳，但旁邊超市和便民市場非常近。馬路對面的便民市場可以吃早餐、買水果什麼的。右邊不多遠就是北國超市。樓下有家自助烤肉生意很好，是厚切肉，很不錯。房間不算小，有個小書桌。早上陽光明媚！
