性價比還可以，服務上有的特別好、有的不行。看點評上説停車方便，實際是停車看運氣。首先是停車保安應該是兩個人，一個態度好些。一個態度好，到停車場門口説滿了讓去旁邊，旁邊系統壞了又不讓進，找客服又讓去對面，對面又真心找不到停車口（一開始以為開車注意力不集中，晚上溜達過去也沒找到）。換另一個保安要麼聊天，要麼別在門口看不到，反正是得等着，特別不情願，反覆問。最後還是聽到了酒店停車場，停車折騰了快一個小時，有記錄。

總體不錯，老市區的中心，非常方便，有自己的停車場非常贊，因為老城區這邊停車很困難。雖然速8沒有餐廳，但旁邊超市和便民市場非常近。馬路對面的便民市場可以吃早餐、買水果什麼的。右邊不多遠就是北國超市。樓下有家自助烤肉生意很好，是厚切肉，很不錯。房間不算小，有個小書桌。早上陽光明媚！
