平塘星途親子離中國天眼景區非常近，走路去就可以了，酒店環境還是很不錯的，我到的時候老闆給其中一個房間升級。衞生條件挺好的，總體感覺非常滿意！

帶着父母一起出行，給父母訂的雙床房，房間裏衞生很好設施齊全，老闆人也很熱情，主動介紹周圍情況，非常滿意以後有機會再去的話，還會選擇這家民宿。

設施：陽台的吊牀是壞的沒辦法坐。沒有電梯，衹能自己搬行李。房間的空調開暖氣到29℃會咔咔響，開了一夜房間都不暖。剛好碰到大降温第二天醒了有點感冒。沒有照片看的這麼新。我們房間的馬桶沖水特別大聲，按鈕是壞的，衹能用遙控器。
衞生：一般般，房間可以看到一些污垢，沒有照片看的乾淨。
服務：我們到的時候老闆也不知道房間定了出去，見到面也沒有一句你好。辦理入住的時候簡單的介紹了一下天眼的遊玩，需要注意的事項。我們行李挺多的，我們還帶着孩子，民宿老闆和老闆娘都沒有主動提出幫拿行李，雖然這種不是硬性要求，但是我在荔波住的民宿老闆在我們都還沒進到民宿裏就已經幫我們把行李搬到二樓門口了，心裏還是會有對比。不想搬行李太累的，要住他們家的就住低樓層吧。不過也不一定要住他們家，整個小鎮還有其他民宿可以選擇的。我們退房的時候，老闆走出來也是一句，把房卡放前台就行，沒有一句慢走或者其他的話。總之體驗感是不太好的，大家謹慎預訂吧。

衹能説一般哈，我是被牆上圖片吸引，實際上房間很小，沒有電梯，設施也是破破爛爛，衞生間插座接近地板容碰到水有安全隱患，畢竟560的房費
