酒店前面是台階，電梯在半層都需要自己搬行李，全程老闆沒有一點服務意識沒有幫忙。
房間內床腳比床墊多出來一大截，而且非常尖鋭，很容易磕碰到，整個膝蓋都破了。老闆説是故意這樣設計的，然後請我喝杯咖啡就算了。

100分，老闆人很好👍🏻給我推介去打卡天空之橋的服務區，剛好週五外地車牌ETC還能半價，還幫我問了探洞穴的相關資料☺️還給我推介了一些其他附近的景點，住得太愉快了，以後跟朋友家人過來中國天眼一定要來住

第二次出差來中國天眼了，因為路途的原因還是很晚才到，停車在景區內的平塘天空花園店門前，感覺還是那個寧靜和熟悉的天文小鎮，正所謂“此心安處是吾家”。 店門前那一盆盆盛開的花朵和一盆盆精緻的多肉，看着就讓人忍不住要和它們互道一聲晚安，還有拍照打卡...感謝這麼晚了仍在一樓大廳等着我的店家老闆，大廳裏悠揚的音樂，簡單幾句的問侯，喝茶、聊天、 品味着自然的寧靜與美好。相信我下一次的再來，見面後大家依然還是會有聊不停的話題，這家店應該還會帶給我不一樣的驚喜。

小樓很醒目，安靜閑適，離南仁東紀念館、天眼擺渡車入口和餐館都很近，老闆還能幫預約門票和零距離參觀門票，熱情回覆諮詢，高效解決了非自駕遊進山參觀和返回機場的交通問題，非常棒！來天眼真的收穫斐然，尤其是為南老精神所震撼和感動，值得所有來貴州的人士參觀感受🙏🙏🙏

一家很精緻的小酒店，還有電梯（在樓房背後）上下。門口有許多盆景，逾顯優雅。離天眼景區售票處約400多米，走過去很近。車子可以停放在酒店門口，免去了到景區尋找停車場（不太好找）的麻煩。酒店周圍有無數的餐館飯店，吃喝絕對不成問題。酒店對面的這一家飯店，菜餚品種繁多，生意火爆，在這裏用餐，絕對會令人滿意的。老闆老兩口，對客人和藹可親，猶如家人。

地理位置好，走幾分鐘就可到天眼景區，而且周圍都是飯店，好多特色菜吃，真的很好
房間小了一點，但有櫃子，可以放一些小物件，還是不錯的
老闆很nice，也很健談，聊天很開心，老闆還給我們送了早餐
排風扇很給力，一個晚上，即使稍厚的褲子都幹了
在旅遊旺季、在景區附近，這個價格完全不貴

本次貴州行最不滿意的一晚，幾乎沒服務可言，房間還有蟑螂🪳，洗澡🛁的水很不穩定洗着洗着全是熱水很燙，燙到小朋友，發消息給服務半夜來回消息，而且就説了才看到，呵呵，體驗感根本不想評論裏那樣，失望！

房間離景區很近，感覺是周圍景點最有格調的酒店，老闆會給很多旅行和周圍美食的中肯建議，我們聽了老闆的建議順路看了天空之橋，好開心。包括景點幾點開門先後順序啥的，感謝老闆的熱心與體貼，讓我們有一個完美的旅行。可惜來也匆匆去也匆匆，沒有拍一拍酒店別讓人舒服的環境。衹能放三張旅遊照片充充數啦🤣

非常滿意！房間乾淨環境舒適，離天眼景區非常近幾分鐘就到。夜間下了雨，早起5樓露台的花兒格外漂亮，還有電梯給帶行李的我們節省了體力。有酒店的便捷，家般的舒適。唯一有些遺憾就是天陰沒能看星星。以後再來還會入住！
