This is my first time giving a negative review to a hotel for the following reasons:
1. The hotel stated that the laundry service was available until 9:00 pm. I called at 8:00 and was told that there was too many queues (4 guests) to take orders;
2. Could you please send me some clothes hangers? There are no clothes hangers in the room. I was told that they cannot provide them because the laundry room is needed;
3. There are very few types of breakfast, not worth the 38 yuan, and if you bring a child less than 1.2m, you will be charged 19 yuan (this is something I have never seen in a hotel).
4. The child drank yogurt on the bed and dropped a few drops on the bed. He was informed that a 50 yuan cleaning fee would be deducted! Unheard of, money will be deducted directly from the deposit!
