The photos looked good, but in reality it was very old. Then the room hygiene is really not good. Even if the equipment is old, the cleaning has not been done properly. As soon as I entered the door, I first found dead bees. There are also a few pieces of broken glass thrown outside on the balcony. When the shower area was flushed, many small mosquito corpses washed out. The bed sheets and duvet covers were not very clean, there were black spots on the pillowcases⚫️, and the sheets and duvet covers were rusty and itchy all over my body when I lay down. The original two-night reservation was really unbearable, so I asked the platform to cancel one night early. I could have canceled one night, but the hotel delayed me until after nine o'clock in the morning and they couldn't cancel before replying. I wanted to have beef noodles for dinner at about four o'clock in the afternoon. I called customer service. I didn't know whether it was because the phone was not working properly or because I didn't press the reservation button properly. I heard the female waiter telling the male waiter that they wanted beef noodles. Then the male waiter said: Just tell them. Said the kitchen aunt was off work. I was really dumbfounded. Auntie got off work at almost five o'clock and there was no one in the kitchen, so why not just not provide meal service. Is it because I don’t want to deal with it or is my aunt really off work? (Because the name of the store is written on the meals, I feel that the staff should go out and buy them.) Later, I would rather check out and buy another hotel. It was my first time to stay in Pingtung and I was speechless on New Year's Eve. As a result, I went out to check out after five o'clock. It was so dark at night that I couldn't see the surroundings clearly, but when it was still bright, it was really terrible to see. Even the outside was in tatters, looking like a place that had been closed for a long time...

The room is large but the equipment is old. The shower head in the bathroom was not fixed properly so the shower head could not be hung up for use. The bathtub was large but had a lot of water marks, so we didn't use the bathtub in the end. I ordered beer from room service, which was delivered quickly but the beer was room temperature, not iced, and there was no bottle opener.

The bed is very ordinary and hard to sleep on. The pillows are even worse. They are very flat and fluffy. They cannot bounce when you sleep on them. They are too high and only a bath towel is placed underneath. The shower facilities are also very poor. The lighting control is not ideal and the cushions on the sofas and chairs are old. Only the breakfast is not disappointing. The location is on the vertical line. It is not easy to drive around and is a bit far away from the city. I don't see any restaurants nearby. I personally won't do it next time. Will consider it!
