We arrived at 3 o'clock to check in and were told that the room was not ready yet. We were asked to wait a little longer. There was still no notification until 4 o'clock, so we had to go to the counter to ask. They gave 2 people welcome drinks as compensation, but I would rather the hotel should contact us proactively.
There aren't many shops near the hotel, so most activities are done in the hotel. The room doesn't feel too old, and the sauna facilities are well maintained. I'm quite satisfied with it overall. There's a park opposite the hotel where you can park for free. The overall experience is good, and I'd like to stay there again next time.

Hotel location is very good, only a few minutes walk from the street, the environment is quiet and comfortable, occasionally there is a pool downstairs to play, very suitable for us who like quiet. The food is very homely in southern Taiwan, and some people may feel more monotonous.
Staff at the front desk, catering, housekeeping or other departments are very friendly and greet us as family and friends when meeting. The most intimate thing is that the family has a fever and stomachache during the stay. The staff will ask about the uncomfortable situation and provide emergency medicine. After that, they also cook the right food to the room, just like taking care of the family!
It's a place worth visiting again, and the human touch of this hotel is worth choosing it again.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is first-rate, and the Haishengguan near Checheng is much quieter than Kenting Main Street. I like the clear water model building very much. The design of the balcony room with sea view is very special. I like the feeling of lying on the bed and seeing the scenery through the balcony door. You can enjoy the sea view while soaking in the hot tub. Sitting on the sofa in the room, you can also look up at the starry sky. The sound at the head of the bed is also great. You can play your favorite music through Bluetooth.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Kenting Main Street, you can enjoy the tranquility and comfort of the sea. Very clean and tidy homestay, the proprietress is very welcoming, the accommodation includes dinner and the next dayโs breakfast, the proprietress is also a licensed chef ๐๐ป Here is very close to the Haisheng Hall, 10 minutes walk. The room is very distinctive, and the big high-heeled bathtub makes people love it. Sea view balcony room, the sea breeze blowing on the balcony at night, listening to the sound of the waves, drinking a glass of wine, how pleasant. Will go again if there is a chance

Amazing little room with everything you need. Equipped for children, but also a perfect place to stay for adults. Totally clean, modern and calm place. We really appreciated that we could park our bicycles inside. The 10m2 is small but very relaxing, dark and has air conditioning as well.
Whenever coming back to Chechen, I'd stay again at this beautiful small place.

The whole process is very intimate to guide the facilities and services, the personal soup house is luxurious, comfortable and clean, the room is comfortable and well equipped, the restaurant food is nothing to say, especially recommended!

The location is one kilometer near the Pingtung Sea Life Museum. Except for the location a little far away from Kenting, Hengchun, all other feelings are very good, especially the room type facing the sea, which is really a must when the weather is good! And the smell and atmosphere of the room is also very dry and clean, it is recommended

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and comfortable. I heard the frog sound at night. It is not easy. It is not very convenient. Fortunately, the owner is super good. I went to the Haishengguan to pick us up. I don't say that I also drove us to Hengchun Town to eat in the evening. The next day, I drove us to Kenting Express Station.
