酒店設施設備都超級新！老闆人也好！
環境優雅，朋友出遊和情侶出來玩都很合適
而且裏面的温泉也很棒，這次出來沒有訂私湯套房，去看了下真的超級棒，而且環境也好，旁邊就是關壩溝保護區！吃住行都包完了！
推薦推薦！走白馬王朗和九寨溝的朋友可以來這個酒店住一晚！超值！！！！

去白馬王朗頭一天住的，非常推薦。很謝謝老闆媽媽，那種温暖不是職業化的，而是家人式的。就因為我們上山沒帶吃的，由沒商店可買，第二天用熱騰騰的雞蛋和塞得滿滿的小零食，給了我們一個巨大的驚喜。住得也特別舒心：設施很新，乾淨整潔，環境安靜得能睡個好覺，空氣清新得像個天然氧吧。上山之前還泡了一個温泉，老闆提前把水放好了，很周到。在天母湖附近沒發現好吃的，想着藏鄉條件差能吃飽就行。結果在酒店的飯菜給了驚喜，專業廚師的水準，份量很足。野生核桃花第一次吃，又脆又有嚼勁。

酒店就在木皮鄉，離平武縣很近，是大熊貓自然保護區入口，結合附近關壩村是親子科教好地方，我看到還有5D電影設備。酒店面積不小，房間很大，空調效果好。靠山這面有鋼絲防護網，後面還有幾個泡池，老闆提前放好了水。
有幾個建議：
1、我定的這個雙床户型的衞生間和卧室之間是個鏤空轉盤，卧室和坐馬桶都可以對視，參考圖四，關鍵是氣味。這種設計對保潔要求非常高，估計一般家庭都做不到開放式馬桶設計，有些設計師不切實際。酒店保潔很難做到高標準保潔的，我們剛進去就感覺有廁所味，垃圾桶也忘記了收乾淨。雖然很理解國慶很忙亂，但這個穿透設計建議優化一下。我個人建議用磨砂半透耐力板加三角鋼即可把衞生間和卧室之間密封，又保留原設計的熊貓燈穿透。耐力板很便宜，高速隔噪音也是這種。
2、我沒搶到一樓私湯房，不過確實能看到一樓泡池就在我二樓窗下，可以給私湯池上加個陽光大傘。
3、保潔要加強，洗澡發現淋浴房和衞生間地漏下水很慢，實在忍不住打開一看很久沒清理的堵塞，建議定期清理地漏。
準備下次來搶私湯房，去關壩村徒步。

重來不給差評，這次實在太氣憤了才來評價，大家千萬千萬不要來這家酒店入住，299元菌菇雞煲沒有幾塊雞邊角料，估計最多一兩，商家狡辯我們雞煲沒有説雞肉多少，衹要有雞肉就是雞煲，我付了299元衹吃到蔬菜和菌菇，2個菜340元吃了一肚子的氣，真的太過分了，附近10公里內估計也沒有商家吃飯，所以大家要麼自帶要麼餓肚子，不然就是被宰。房間很潮濕，門鎖壞的無法反鎖，10月晚上蚊子很多，隔音效果又不好，非常非常吵，一晚上沒有睡好。這種店下次給我錢我都不來，我從黃龍開了5個小時山路來住這種酒店真是旅行的大敗筆

整體滿意，體驗感很好！很推薦親子游！度假遊！還體驗了3d電影有意思！吃好玩好住好！#衞生有待加強，衞生希望在廁所打掃的時候記得把垃圾都帶走，還有地面的水漬需要注意一下。温泉池子旁邊的垃圾也要記得收整一下。#服務很熱情，飯菜好吃實惠，但是wifi和一些設備的指引不強。#房間設施房間挺大的，床也舒服，進去的時候需要開空調，去一下潮氣，設備都很新！就是廁所的設計太過通透啦一些，建議裝一個長虹玻璃隔斷一下視線。温泉是山泉引水然後加熱的，温度很舒服！#早餐好吃！種類不是很多但是很好吃！#房間景觀在兩座山中間，據説森林覆蓋率有95%很綠色！#WIFIwifi很流暢.

民宿整理配套是很不錯的！可以看出是用心的兼顧住客的體驗和度假方式！有棋牌、ktv、公共泡池、小朋友玩的項目，可以整整呆一整天不會膩！而且可以攜帶寵物特別好，我們也考慮到帶了小狗特意選了一樓公共泡池房，沒想到房間佈局不錯，但是床品衞生、礦泉水、衞生紙、拖鞋等都準備不充分，也沒有房間也沒有座機電話，導致人工來回跑很多次細節需要提高！

設施方面真的很不錯，各項設施都和度假酒店一樣，枕頭和床墊都很舒服，讓人驚喜。酒店隔音也不錯，晚上睡覺很安靜。但是酒店管理方面就實在是有點草台班子，房間衞生打掃得不到位，浴巾是臟的，洗手枱上有水漬，上面還有上任住客留下的洗臉巾，馬桶裏麪也黃黃的，早餐供應也不到位，希望老闆可以改進。

房間的床很贊，夠大夠舒服。説的是有私湯，但是頭上在漏空調水，也就不想泡了。新酒店環境很好，森林酒店名不虛傳，早上還能看到野生猴子，把小孩子樂壞了，很神奇的一次體驗。要是早餐還能改進一下就好了，建議房間裏還是要有前台電話
