1.前台態度傲慢無禮，不尊重客人。
2.衞生較差，反應衞生問題後，表現極為無所謂。
3.五樓住宿噪音太大。
4.房間有蟑螂，酒店認為很正常。

乾淨舒服。退房時充電器落在房間裏面了，服務人員打電話來，還幫忙快遞寄回。服務非常好。

房間挺乾淨的，5樓很安靜，4樓很吵，旁邊就是ktv，吵死了，睡不着。大家要租的話，一定要選5樓，4樓隔音非常差，都是別人唱ktv的聲音，而且還跑調。

房間悶得慌，味道特別特別大，沖得頭髮暈，衞生情況也非常糟糕，馬桶上還有尿漬，陳年老垢！而且還有蟑螂爬來爬去！
