Arrived late at the hotel after a flight delay. Kitchen shut and no food available for order, not even snacks or sandwiches. Front desk suggested me to order food delivery but I couldn’t as I am a foreigner travelling from overseas that didn’t have any WeChat pay or alipay to pay for the service.

The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, and the catering is very good. However, there was a welcome fruit when I made the reservation, but I didn't actually receive it. I hope the details are more in place.

Overall the hotel is at a 3-4 star level, definitely not 5 stars. The room is very small and you have to go to bed immediately after entering the door. In addition, the bathroom is filled with water and is very slippery.

500+ consumption, more than 300 room decoration. When I checked in, I encountered spiders on the bed. I moved to another room and found long hairs on the sofa that had not been cleaned.
