1. Unprofessional. The guests have already extended their stay. They still make harassing calls to ask if they want to extend their stay. I usually feel like I don’t have much to worry about.
2. Under the pretext of sending out WiFi passwords, he deliberately collects customer information. Everyone has to add their WeChat account, and then he sends the password over. I have never seen this done.

地理位置比較中心，吃玩都方便，交通便利，服務態度很熱情，衞生挺好，最喜歡躺床上看電影，下次還來。

一般，水壓還可以，洗澡舒服。
硬件上，投影儀噪聲很大，過一個小時就會過熱停機。
服務不行。訂的房型衞生沒打掃，前台説要半小時才能打掃好。我説10幾分鐘差不多了吧！前台説阿姨要把其他樓層的房間打掃好，才來打掃我訂的房間。找攜程客服解決，攜程客服很👍。給我補差價升了房。
辦入住後出房間碰到客房阿姨，阿姨説退房嗎？剛入住就問退房嗎？很觸眉頭。關鍵我都是空手的。
