The hotel is conveniently located, nicely decorated, and has friendly service. However, for a Four-Diamond hotel, the guest room amenities are rather basic. There are no towels or bath towels, only a single (super-thin) disposable bath towel. Are guests really expected to use just one bath towel to wash themselves from head to toe? During a follow-up visit, they were told to request regular towels and bath towels at the front desk, but they didn't mention this when they checked in. The toothbrush is also super-thin, with two rows of bristles, making it difficult to use. Besides mineral water, there are no tea bags. Is this truly a Four-Diamond hotel? I need to improve!
