酒店位置很好找，靠近西門，而且老闆、老闆娘服務態度極好，很熱情，客棧也很有特色。雖然房間有些小，但是夠用了，特別是炕太有特色了。小朋友們很喜歡。酒店還可以推薦古城裡的旅拍，也很不錯。雖然是十一假期來得，並沒有影響體驗感。

客棧地理位置很好，出門到哪裡都很方便，院子環境特別好穿晉商少奶奶粧造很出片，房間裏乾淨衞生住着特別有感覺，老闆人也熱情還提供了地圖非常方便！總之很滿意，如果到平遙很給大家推薦這家客棧！

客棧很大也很乾凈，應該是方圓十里內最好的客棧。沒有之一。房間比想象中還要舒適。豪華套版家庭版親子間都有，可以滿足各類需求。房間温暖舒適，窗外風景宜人。地理位置絕佳，就在古城裡麪，交通方便，周圍設施很多，方便遊玩。服務態度特別好，服務員對每一個人都很熱情，能夠及時給我們提供需要的幫助。免費送了地圖給我們，祝店家生意興隆。

老闆很熱情，到了指定停車場後，讓師傅去接，走的時候還讓師傅給送到車前，帶孩子為了照顧預訂的套房，一樓正廳對的房間，很滿意，大廳還有衣服可以進行換裝拍照，走的時候還送了小伴手禮，醋。

剛剛裝修完的客棧，各項房間設施都嘎嘎新！！
位置特別好找，從停車場出來走一會兒就到了
周邊也很繁華，大大小小的景點都在附近很好找
房間乾淨整潔，第一次住這麼有當地特色的房間
服務態度超棒，客棧的工作人員都非常熱情周到
下次還有機會到平遙的話，首選還是這家客棧！

位置很好不遠就是熱鬧的西大街，房間乾淨，也很舒適。客棧老漂亮了，晉商大宅子，相當有感覺。晚上在院裏喝點小酒美到不行。關鍵老闆娘不但長的美還很熱情，耐心解答了很多問題，感謝！下次來平遙了還選這家。

店家服務周到，入住前會電話聯繫，告知高鐵到客棧的詳細線路，十分貼心的幫我們提行李，到店後會給我們一些建議和怎麼遊玩的線路，有任何問題都耐心回答，有需求也都會第一時間解決。酒店環境很好，出行古城方便，下次來平遙玩還一定會選他家

天宇通客棧簡直就是此處出行的最大驚喜 大堂特別舒適乾淨 房間也不意外的一樣舒服 衞生工作是一級棒的 電視空調等等設施也是可以的 環境優美 在大堂可以坐着下棋聊天喝點小酒 服務態度也周到 最後祝老闆生意興隆啊
