If there was a shortcoming, it was that the water pressure of the shower was not enough. What is most touching is the human touch of the service! When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us a map and helped mark the must-see spots and the best routes in the ancient city. In the morning, the lady at the front desk personally delivered a light meal to the room. When we checked out, she also gave us Pingyao specialties. Also, my mother thought the snacks in the light meal were delicious, so she asked where she could buy them. The lady immediately gave us a whole bag and said that if we needed them, they could help buy them and mail them to us, which made us feel embarrassed. Finally, I have to talk about the pick-up service. Because we were traveling by car and had a lot of luggage, the uncle made two trips back and forth. When he sent us off, he asked us in advance what time we would leave the next day.
