Great location! On West Street in the center of the ancient city! Not as noisy as South Street, just a few minutes walk to various attractions! The surrounding restaurants and travel photography shops are also famous shops in the city. Tao Tang has a beautiful design, and the rooms have both Shanxi-style kangs and new Chinese-style rooms! The toiletries are also high-end lelabo! There are welcome fruits and snacks every day, and the housekeeper also took photos for us! Taotang’s most considerate service is the pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed railway station! First time to Pingyao. A butler came to pick us up, just like being received by a friend I would like to especially mention Tao Tang’s breakfast! Who has ever seen a plate of freshly fried nine-square grid side dishes with whole grains and wonton rice noodles for each person! It’s so exquisite!

This standard facility in the ancient city should be seen by more tourists! Hansgrohe bathroom products, Lelabo toiletries, Dyson HD16 hair dryer, high-end capsule coffee machine, and high-standard configuration of the minibar. The butler service is meticulous. The breakfast is also delicious, it tastes like home, I highly recommend it to everyone.
