A very nice hotel with very friendly staff and nice rooms. We recommend the VIP building. The breakfast was chinese and western. The hotel is placed outside the city wall and can be reached easily with taxi or DiDi, but only a few steps to enter the ancient city area. The only field to improve is some basic English for foreign guests, but at the end we managed to communicate :-). See you again!

The staff are friendly and mainly help with transportation and tourist information. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Free snacks and a small gift upon check-out. Very thoughtful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Pingyao Ancient Town, which is quite close.
