❗️❗️服務：整體服務説得過去（客房姐姐、餐廳姐姐都很好），但入住時前台待人不熱情，懶懶散散、賴賴唧唧的感覺。😫最重要夜裡來了一家老小，應該開了好幾間房，夜裡3點多孩子還在走廊狂跑，嚷嚷，大人不管。大人開門互相説話，超級大聲。我當時真是感覺大夜裡的忍耐一下，不給前台打電話了，畢竟夜裡前台也要休息。在我早晨給酒店反饋及提出建議以後提示入住客人注意安靜時，前台直接説您可以給我們打電話，您住別的酒店也可以電話，我們會提示客人。（這個鍋就讓我背了，我活該被吵）
對！你説的一點兒都沒錯，我可以打電話，但我個人基本素質告訴我夜裡給任何一個人電話都很不禮貌，一般我都會稍微忍耐，結果我替你們着想，自行忍耐了吵鬧，您一點歉意與接受建議都沒有，上來就問我您需要我們給您什麼？我是為了要補償才告訴你們昨天晚上的事兒麼！！！我真是服了！

房間較小，但十分暖和，洗澡不像大家評價的不好調水温，水比較大，洗澡舒服，就是洗澡水會露出來，早餐確實一般。

有些前台好，有些前台差，不過這個如家帶給我最糟糕的住宿體驗，先是給了一間只可單邊下床的尾房，然後在使用枱燈時插上插頭的剎那出現電火，一個小爆炸，插頭與電線斷開，我的右手都熏黑了😱😱😱

酒店位置很方便，打車方便，（不喜歡住古城裡麪）。早餐很一般。洗衣房不太行，在最深的角落裡麪，白天去一路黑有點害怕。衹有一台洗衣機一台烘乾機。本來要在平遙多住幾天，因為洗衣問題提早退了。酒店的貓咪很可愛。

衞生：很好，非常乾淨舒適
設施：電視劇可以手機投屏，很高級
服務：服務不錯，在一樓還有咖啡，茶飲可以喝
平遙古城南門步行十幾分鍾，就到了。
腿腳好，想住的好一點就選這家

房間乾淨衞生，探親回家選擇了這家酒店離家不遠，服務好清靜離古城直線距離走路也就不到半個小時吧，推薦這家酒店但早餐一般其它服務都好

如家旗下比較新的酒店都不錯，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，適合我們一家旅遊。
設施：齊全
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：安靜，路邊也不吵。走路到古城大概半小時。
服務：門口就有觀光電瓶車可以租可以包車去古城。

帶孩子出來玩，對比好久選擇了這家 ，性價比很高，早餐也很豐富，離古古城南門很近，房間兩張1.35的床鋪，乾淨整潔。各方面都不錯。
