酒店服務和酒店衞生滿意 特別強調一下酒店的房間空間寬敞 乾淨衞生 全屋智能非常不錯覺得很滿意
有一點感覺跟這家酒店不協調的地方就是早餐工作人員 兩位老年人都沒有穿工作服 也沒有戴衞生帽感覺跟現場很不協調

在貴酒店入住後在浴室發現上個客人留下的內褲怎麼辦？打電話給前台投訴，然後前台讓保潔阿姨來把內褲拿走就好啦😅
住了這麼多年酒店第一次遇見有遺留臟內褲的情況，反映了之後也是第一次遇見這種服務態度

房間設施非常舒適，是智能化家居，感覺比較先進衹是和他的服務不是很完善，如果他們酒店能提升服務，管理更完善一點是一家很值得入住的酒店。對於一個縣城來説，這個價格還是值得的。

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調LL，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，同時房間裏面的衞生也很乾凈，酒店房間裏面的床也很舒適，裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服，服務態度更是超級好。

太差了這個破酒店，一進去一股子澡堂子味，發黴的味道，房間臟的不行，千萬別去，定了高級大床房還給開的特惠大床房，這個酒店千萬別去

房間裏水温太低太低，大概15-20℃，沒法洗澡，前台讓去一樓泡澡堂（溝通好久，換個房間，淋浴還是沒温度，唉），一樓澡堂水温35-37，一般般，下午2點去（想着人少），池子表層還有皮屑物質，下午泡完澡，澡堂淋浴都是冷水，都沒有個熱水淋浴，太差了。

酒店停車方便，環境也挺好的，就是房間窗户關不上，不隔音，隔壁房間打電話打到凌晨一點多，早上六點又開始打電話，説話聽的一清二楚，一整晚都沒休息好，衞生一般，浴巾上有顏色的污漬，馬桶也不是很乾凈，打掃衞生換的枕頭也沒有拿走，退房那天前台服務態度不好，一直玩手機，愛答不理的，總體來説這次體驗感不好。

一個一個捋捋:
1，房間窗簾打不開（號稱全屋智能），最後服務員告訴我需要硬拽硬拉。
2，房間沒有板凳，電視下面的那麼長，居然一個凳子也沒有，讓服務員送過來。
3，電吹風是壞了，等了10幾分鐘，才送過來，頭髮都自然幹了。
4，入住的是兩晚，結果第二天進房間，房卡不能用。
5，第二天居然不打掃房屋，告訴我是頭一天房間住滿了來不及？我訂房的時候，是入住當天晚上6點左右吧，那時還有很多房。強烈要求下，前天才讓服務員給拿了毛巾和牙刷。
6，第三天早晨用淋浴時，居然沒有熱水，洗了個冷水澡。
7，退房8點要發票，説加上微信9點後就可以開出來。結果11點發微信不回，12點多打電話再次催促才開具的。
8，早餐牛奶是涼的，豆漿非常稀，明顯是兑的豆漿粉。
一言難盡，大家都避坑吧。
