挺莫名其妙的，不知道是系統出了問題還是管理制度有問題，辦入住登記訊息是當時忘了確認顧客入住還是前台問題，當天下午辦了入住之後我出去晚上回來房卡就打不開，然後我又下去刷了一下，到了第二天早上8:30左右一個男的莫名開我們的房間，一直通着電話聽到説什麼有人住，當時就驚醒了，還好掛了防盜鏈。不知道是你們酒店的人還是開重了，也不知道敲敲門，隨後應該是經理上來問，説“辦理入住了嘛”沒辦怎麼入住的，這真是很糟糕的入住體驗🥺九點多我打開預訂房間的平台上面顯示已離店？我人還在房間呢，如果這種情況下前台系統沒有顯示那開重房為大忌！

出差訂的這裏，挺乾淨的。前台服務也很好。位置在他們這街上，附近可以逛逛，還有停車場也比較方便，推薦住宿！
