酒店硬件還是可以的，但外國人在前台登記入住所花的時間較長。最大的問題是空調不製冷或是酒店不捨得開製冷，外面大風大雨房間內居然還能有30度，晚上越睡越熱，兩個晚上都被熱醒，完全休息不好。

服務：我都沒有見過它們的那個什麼絲綢的架子 她們説少了一個 説少了一個也不給我打電話求證一下 就把壓金我那壓着也不給我退房 差評

房間沒有地方晾衣服，衞生間連衣繩不能固定，洗過的衣服沒處放；洗手盆又小又不能漏水，還必須手動把塞子拔出來才能放水。總體體驗感很差，性價比很差！

一般化，開房間一個房間給我開的壞房間，雖然你不知道但是你換房間還讓我下去換，不應該你換好送來嗎？不是看中了服務應該讓人滿意，第二個房間連個煙灰缸都沒有，也不知道在幹嘛。
服務：差！沒有較好能體驗。

入住體驗不怎麼的 一開始入住床上有污漬 換了一間房 洗臉裏面有一個垃圾 牌子上面還有污漬 房間充電器不能用 要個充電器還沒有 前台沒有備用的嗎

住了很多次了。這次特意訂了行政豪華商務間，結果衞生間味道超級臭，換了個房間也不行。而且該酒店臨街吵的要死，關着門窗又臭，痛苦。不值500多一天的房租。前台服務員（新來的？）不知道怎麼回事，開發票粗心大意，拍照留了發票訊息和聯繫的電子郵箱，居然把手機號@後連一個莫名其妙的尾綴，連電子郵箱地址也不懂（以為電子郵箱地址都是電話號碼@後綴？），打電話説老半天也沒明白，真差勁。商務入住不推薦。
