We stayed in the chalets close to the fishing lake and where activities such as zip lining, climbing and tree climbing take place. Fantastic unique experiences, congratulations to the entire team at the hotel, from the previous part (purchasing the package with Elisa), arrival, recreationists/activities and night games, food (here's an aside, barbecues, feijoada, Italian night/pizzas, Mexican night /guacamole-doritos, maintenance/saunas.... everything was perfect!! See there were 8 of us, two chalets... including a 13 year old teenager.

Good hotel. It delivers what it promises: good food, good accommodation, good leisure, peace. It has rooms in the main building and lakeside chalets. The pools are good for children and you can sit in the restaurant area and look at them. Dog friendly.

Quando chegamos estranhamos que o hotel ficasse na cidade e não numa zona rural. A área não é muito grande mas percebe-se o cuidado para ter várias atrações. As atrações são mais voltadas para o público infantil e teen. Chama a atenção a preocupação de toda a equipe em satisfazer os hospedes. Toda a equipe é educada e atenciosa. As acomodações embora sejam um pouco antiquadas estão muito limpas. O ar condicionado é novo e silencioso. A pensão é completa e a comida é muito farta e saborosa em especial a sobremesa. Sentimos falta de ter água disponível nas refeições. Apenas refrigerante era disponível. A equipe se preocupa em encerrar todas as atividades por volta das 22 h e o local embora cheio é silencioso a noite. A piscina aquecida é quente e agradável.

Estivemos no hotel sendo um casal e nossa cachorrinha. Ficamos hospedados na acomodação apartamento. Não tinha ducha higiênica (tive a informação que somente 2 apartamentos com a ducha e direcionados para PCD). Outro ponto que deveria ser repensado pelo hotel é a torneira onde abaixa o botão e sai água porém tem que ficar segurando o mesmo pois senão a água para imediatamente. Não deixem de levar shampoo e sabonete... A equipe de recreação é boa e o hotel dispõe de várias opções para adultos e crianças.
