Excellent Hotel. Top !!! Ski In And Out. They Even Take Your Ski Boots And Put Them In Heat Overnight, Even For Lunch They Do. Beautiful And Very Comfortable Rooms, and The Hotel General Decor Is Amazing . Great Meals (All 3) Buffet Style However, You Can Order A La Carte As Well. Staff AMAZING.

The hotel is amazing. Personnel is friendly, skiing great, and management will stop at nothing to make you feel special. Rooms are pristine, linens are of excelence and your every need is of the matter to the people working. Congratulations!

Excellent infrastructure, amenities and specially, services! Me and my family had great times and strongly recommend the hotel. Ski in/ski out is a plus! We were very carefully treated by the staff, with special mention to Ana and Camila. We'll be back for sure.

Service team work hard to please their guests! Amazing! The room is great , renovated and all ski lifts are wonderfull. The views are so madly beutiful! Their team work hard to please kids too, the guarderia is lovely!!

The dinner is EXACTLY the same food of the lunch - REHEATED! TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Same stale bread and soggy pasta. The hotel is expensive, so we waited for, at least, a regular quality: you'd better stay at home.

Quiero decir que teniendo un tremendo Hotel como Hotel termas de Chillan para que salir a otro país, extraordinario ,la atención de parte del hotel es fuera de serie,muy lindo el hotel,el spa de primer nivel,las piscinas,la comida,el sky room,todos un amor,Pedro de sky room,Alvaro del comedor,Constanza de recepción,ambiente familiar y único,muy buenas canchas eso ya de Nevados Chilan ,uno dejaba los sky tirados,y estaban al otro día en su lugar,las botas calentitas, o sea de lujo y quisiera compararlo con Valle Nevado que el Hotel está en pésimas condiciones. Este Hotel merece 5 estrellas le lujo.

El hotel es precioso, los detalles están bien cuidado. El agua de la piscina temperada no muy caliente. NO sé si resulta buena idea hacer actividades grupales en la piscina en temporada de vacaciones de los niños, la piscina estaba llena y el agua saltando para todos lados (actividad acquagym).

Fue una maravillosa experiencia mi estadía en este hotel. Me pareció que la atención, amabilidad y compromiso del personal fue en todo momento de muy alto nivel. Todos muy comprometidos y preocupados de las necesidades de los pasajeros. La comida y desayuno exquisito, con una gastronomía de alto nivel usando productos de la zona. Muchas actividades interesantes (trekking, arborismo, avistamiento de aves, entre otras), además del SPA. Absolutamente recomendable, volveré con gusto. No es un hotel barato, pero a mi parecer vale la pena.
