Had a short break with some friends to Pinzolo & we thought this hotel was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, the food was excellent and the rooms whilst a little dated were immaculately clean. The shuttle bus to & from the slopes was a very welcome suprise too & made things so much easier. Overall one of the best value hotels I’ve ever stayed in & couldn’t recommend enough.

Albergo situato in centro citta con qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione da fare per migliorare ancora. Ottima la cucina, pulite le camere e gli spazzi comuni. Dalla mia camera, situata al quarto piano, non si percepivano i rumori del traffico. Tutto il personale è gentile. Esperienza ampiamente positiva.

Che dire, siamo una compagnia di amici ed è la terza volta nel corso degli anni che andiamo qui. Personale titolari compresi GENTILISSIMO, la cucina è addirittura migliorata negli anni. Avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata le camere ma comunque OTTIMA pulizia. Qualità prezzo SICURAMENTE OKAY BRAVI!!!!!!!!

Ottimo tutto: hotel vicinissimo agli impianti con servizio navetta incluso, personale gentile e professionale, stanze accoglienti e pulite. È presente il deposito sci. Noi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione, colazione ottima e cena prelibata! Nulla da dire se non parcheggio disponibile ma quasi sempre al completo.

Punti positivi: Posizione ottima, si trova vicinissimo al centro del paese ed è dotato di un piccolo parcheggio. Camere pulite e personale professionale. Punti negativi: La struttura è datata e necessiterebbe di una bella ristrutturazione. La sauna, pur essendo pubblicizzata, non è presente. La sala giochi è limitata a un tavolo da ping pong collocato in uno spazio che ricorda uno scantinato poco curato e ammuffito. Nota dolente: La cucina lascia molto a desiderare: piatti senza sapore, poco curati e difficilmente mangiabili. Sarebbe utile l’intervento di uno chef esperto, come Cannavacciuolo con il suo programma "Cucine da incubo". Conclusione: Allo stesso prezzo si possono trovare opzioni molto migliori

Storico hotel nel centro di Pinzolo che necessita di qualche ammodernamento specie nelle camere. Pulito, personale gentile. Ha un piccolo parcheggio privato sul retro e un bel deposito sci. Dista circa 600/700 metri dall'impianto di risalita: poco ma non pochissimo. Ottima la colazione, offre la possibilità di poterci anche pranzare e cenare (menù a tre portate dove bisogna sceglierne una la sera precedente): discreto. Un pochino caro ma si paga la posizione. Nel complesso comunque promosso e consigliato per qualche giorno di vacanza sulla neve o fuori stagione a Pinzolo.

L'hotel avrebbe senz'altro bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto negli spazi comuni (la nostra camera era vecchiotta ma so che alcune sono state rinnovate). Colazione molto molto abbondante e personale molto cortese, anche oltre le aspettative. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo è negativo, troppo caro per l'offerta.

La gentilezza e la cortesia del personale, in particolare modo di Sofia, mi porta o a recensire 5 stelle e a tralasciare le condizioni della camera dove ho pernottato. La disponibilità e il sorriso di Sofia sono stati di gran Liga più importanti delle molte pecche riscontrate.
