The main and biggest problem in this hotel is restaurant manager who never ever smile, who is extremely arrogant, unfriendly and makes breakfast and dinner very unpleasant. Pity but you have to see and deal with him every day. He is so arrogant that he looks forget to do his job correctly. If you stay here, your morning will begin from the queue to make the coffee. The queue is so long, that you will be standing there for 10 minutes !!! Just to make you cup of coffee or tea. Manager does not care and not put there additional thermoses with hot water. He see problem but he does not do anything. If you have any questions about food or menu, you will feel sorry that you've asked. Other restaurant staff looks afraid of this manager and this makes very not comfort feeling. People who serve you food, MUST smile and be friendly. But not in this restaurant. Other wise hotel is OK. Strange that in the sauna in the shower you can't adjust water temperature. It's always boiling hot and you cant change. There is only button on/off.

From start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pinzolo and the Hotel Collini was fabulous - Lovely hosts, beautiful rooms, great and plentiful food and a wonderful Wellness centre - badly needed after a great day on the slopes. The linen was fresh and rooms were tidied each day. The half-board was great value and varied each day. Pinzolo is a cute little town with very straight-forward access to the huge ski area of Madonna di Campiglio. Ski was varied with lots of wide slopes with plenty of challenges. Looking forward to next year.

We stay for a week in this hotel. We like rooms, we like pool, we like sauna. Hotel is very close to escalator to mountains, we like it very well. Rooms was clean every day, no problems. Food is good we like it. Only restaurant manager is kind of angry racist. Says “hello” and “have a good evenings” only to Italians people. If people from other countries, he is very unpleasant. Don’t even look at me. Never smile. Hotel is good, restaurant manager is not good, no friendly.

We stayed the second week of August in a superior room, very spacious. Egidio was very helpful for explanations and advice. Near the hotel, practically in the center of Pinzolo, there is everything you need. Good dinner and breakfast. The wellness center is practically new, has everything you need and we particularly appreciated its management, which guarantees tranquility.

My husband stayed on vacation at the Collini hotel in Pinzolo what can I say? Excellent experience the hotel is very nice breakfast and dinner good and varied much appreciated the relaxation area with hydromassage pool Egidio and Filippo at the reception were also really good in suggesting the various excursions to do in the area ... thank you

L'hotel è bello, ben curato e pulitissimo; mi ha colpito molto l'estrema gentilezza e disponbilità di tutto lo staff e del proprietario. La cucina è ottima, la posizione molto comoda e vicina agli impianti di risalita. Bella e rilassante anche la Spa con piscina a disposizione dei clienti.
