It's a nice and big room. It has a balcony from where you can catch a glimpse of the leaning tower which is a 5 minute walk away. The owner was very friendly. She didn't speak much English, but we managed to communicate. She even gave us tips on what to see and where to get good food in the area. There is a free parking on a nearby street (3 minute walk), but it's very bumpy. The building has a tiny elevator. We arrived an hour later than check in time so we called the owner and she answered right away and was there to meet us in about 5 minutes. Since this is an apartment building we weren’t sure we were in the right place when we arrived because there was no sign anywhere. In the room, it took as a while to figure out how to get hot water for showering. The pillows are very low so maybe bring your own if you like a higher one.

Ottima posizione, camere nuove, ma poco isolate, perché si sentono le voci di quelli delle camera affianco. Bagno piccolo senza nemmeno un appoggio, doccia che perde acqua arrivando quasi in camera, e tubo della doccia rotto. Proprietaria NON disponibile: ho prenotato per 3 notti, la mattina di quella che sarebbe stata la seconda notte, avendo avuto un imprevisto, abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria a chiedere se era possibile cancellare la prenotazione… ed è stato detto di no. Capisco che magari la camera la poteva vendere a qualcun’altro, ma penso che per una notte si poteva annullare visto che non ci perdeva nulla, anzi… ci è stato detto di PAGARE in CONTANTI, quindi ci ha stra guadagnato lo stesso … bisognerebbe imparare ad andare incontro alle persone .. Detto ciò, consiglio di cambiare qualche lenzuolo e qualche asciugamano perché sono macchiati e quest’ultimi sono degli anni di mia nonna

Camere nuove appena ristrutturate, in posizione comoda per il centro di Pisa che è a pochi minuti a piedi. Materasso però basso e scomodissimo. Bagno piccolo. Zanzariera alla finestra rotta. Pulizia buona. Se solo per una notte può andare, considerando che a Pisa i prezzi per dormire sono molto alti.
