The country courtyard is very unique, relatively clean and has a good price-performance ratio. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The surrounding area is very quiet and the service attitude on the rooftop is also good.

Exceptional service from the concierge and friendly service from everyone. Desperately needed to book a taxi for 5am next day to airport but had no lunch for hours using apps, web sites and phone lines. Concierge managed to arrange one and removed a lot of stress. Rooms lovely and clean and modern and strong WiFi. Great value for money and recommended.

Very nice 2star hotel, Marcello is very helpful And the staff are friendly, Rooms are very clean And everything is very close by Deserves another star. Breakfast should have more options and fresh bread or croissants Also some fruits and yoghurts would be great Coffe was divine

It's in a very accessible location and close to the city's main attractions, so you can easily get there on foot. Another advantage is the fact that it has parking. The room was not big for 3 adults, but it was comfortable, clean and bright.

No soundproofing, we could hear everything, very noisy hotel, we didn't sleep all night. Unfriendly staff. Very poor quality bedding. Expensive industrial breakfast for a croissant and two packaged rusks. A nightmare to avoid!

Un hotel che pomposamente si definisce “resort”, ma che in realtà è piuttosto decrepito. A dispetto delle 2 stelle, costa come gli hotel a tre, a fronte di camere minuscole, un déhors e una colazione veramente deprimenti, nonché bagni gelidi e camere poco riscaldate. Note positive: il parcheggio, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff. Il resto è ampiamente migliorabile, anche se è una struttura di livello modesto.

Causa ricovero ospedaliero di mia moglie,(la struttura si trova a soli 300 mt. a piedi dall'ospedale S.Chiara) venendo da Genova,da solo ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 24/1 al 29/1.Previa prenotazione, non avendo a disposizione una singola mi è stata assegnata una stanza con un letto ad una piazza e mezza posta all'angolo della struttura stessa opposta alla strada principale,quindi fuori dal rumore del traffico,al di sopra della piazzetta del loro parcheggio privato.L'hotel è ha conduzione familiare, dove tutto il personale risponde alle tue esigenze, si nota la ristrutturazione recente ed il profumo di pulito sia nella hall ma soprattutto nella stanza,l'hotel non dispone del servizio ristorazione,quindi effettua solo pernottamento e colazione(sufficiente) e quindi lo consiglio vivamente anche per chi volesse visitare la città perché si trova a 300 mt.da P.dei Miracoli.
