I liked everything. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the airport. The four-bed suite with a balcony has an en suite bathroom. There is a hairdryer and shampoos. Snow-white bed linen. In the shared kitchen there is coffee, tea, juice and muffins in packages. It is free. In the refrigerator there is wine, beer, cola, water at quite reasonable prices. It was quiet at night. Opposite is a small pizzeria.

Terrible. Didn’t actually stay. We arrived with a text explaining the key box. Ok fair enough. The room was damp and freezing. Bedding was damp and as my son sat on the bed he felt something bite him. The room also has a rather large amount of flies! I tried to call the number but no answer so I sent a text. The reply was to change the bedding myself but the duvet under the bedding was also damp so it wouldn’t have made any difference. There were electric cables with exposed wires and the charging points didn’t look safe at all. We made the decision to leave and as we went, we were met with another couple doing the same. Makes my skin crawl thinking about it. Yes it’s near the airport but nothing would make me stay there.

Booked this place as a very last minute hotel as we had a flight cancelled, and needed somewhere to book for the night that was close to the airport. It was self check in which is very continent and was all down very quick. Room was spacious a private bathroom (which was next door) was nice and big and clean. There was a little common room filled with drinks which you could leave money for which was a nice touch. And the biggest reason we chose this place was because of its location. The airport was a 5 minute walk from the accommodation !

needed to cancel my booking with two days notice, due to circumstances beyond my control, and the host insisted on taking the full price, even though the cancellation would free it up to be rented again. So be careful - not an accommodating place

The staff was super friendly. The common kitchen is well equipped, with snacks for purchase as a honor system. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, clean. The staff is very helpful, answered all questions about check in, allowed us to store our bags after check out. The location is a short walk form the airport, perfect for layovers, short stays in Pisa.
